Patch Notes for The Among Us New Nintendo Switch Update Have Been Published

Read Time:14 Minute, 22 Second

InnerSloth, the company that developed Among Us for the Nintendo Switch, has released an update for the game. Since its release on the Nintendo Switch in late 2020, The Last of Us has maintained its position as one of the platform’s most popular multiplayer games. As a result, InnerSloth has continued to release numerous fixes for the game during its existence. And although today’s new update doesn’t make a significant difference in the great scheme of things, it does ease several issues that had been affecting certain gamers.

Anyone who has Injustice:

Gods Among Us on the Nintendo Switch may now get updated version 2022.1.28. 1n, which is already available for download. The update largely addresses a problem with Stars, which are in-game currencies that can be purchased with real money. Some Among Us Switch users have lately begun to claim that they have been unable to redeem their Stars in the game’s shop for a variety of reasons, including technical difficulties. Furthermore, certain Stars that had been acquired were not showing up in any way in the inventory of the players who had purchased them. Fortunately, as a result of this update, both of these problems should now be resolved completely.

It should be noted that one aspect of the new The Last of Us update for Switch that InnerSloth stressed was the fact that the in-game shop page would need to be reloaded after the implementation of this update. Consequently, if you haven’t already, you’ll want to shut down the program and restart it from the beginning. Following that, the patch should take effect and resolve the previously stated Stars problem that has been present in the game for a while now.

Patch Notes for Among Us — (February 2022)

Among Us is still as popular as it has always been, and we believe it will continue to be so for a very long time, particularly if some of the adjustments they want to make are implemented. Even while Innersloth doesn’t have a long-term roadmap in place, they do have several smaller ones, which means the large community behind Among Us has some notion of what may be in store for them in the future.

Notes regarding the July 7th patch for Among Us

Additions to the collection

  • Vent cleaning has been added to the to-do list. Cleansing the vent will prevent any impostors from utilizing that particular vent; however, impostors will still be able to use other vents, and the vent still be useable once it has been cleaned. If an Impostor is already camped out in a vent when you start cleaning it, it will kick them out with a loud bang, and you will be able to identify who it is as a result of the noise.
  • Languages that are brand new. Traditional and Simplified Chinese, as well as Irish translations, have been added.

Bug fixes have been implemented

  • Getting trapped in one spot after a meeting has been resolved. This was the most serious problem with the most recent update, so feel free to run about now!! Beans, set yourself free!!
  • The scaling of the “SHH” screen has been corrected. On the SHH screen, I did see your remarks, and I acknowledged them. Oh, my goodness, the amount of abuse the poor screen received. I had to feed it three tubs of ice cream to make it feel better. Fortunately, the globe has been restored to its proper alignment, and the proportions have been restored after they had been strangely distorted.
  • Geoff’s eyepatch has (unfortunately) reverted to its previous state of being a mask.
  • Clouds in the Airship no longer travel in the opposite direction of their intended path. There will be no more going backward! Onward!
  • The colours of the uploaded data phone have been corrected. I’m at a loss for a good caption for this.
  • All of the important buttons have now been translated into their respective languages. Yeah, I’m running out of creative ways to keep this information engaging and entertaining.
  • Other minor aesthetic and localization issues have been addressed. Please offer a psychic high five to our programming and quality assurance teams, since they performed an excellent job.

Bugs that are still present

  • The wizard’s cap has yet to be found. The invisibility spell is still being cast.
  • It is still necessary to scale the 4:3 resolution. That will be taken care of.
  • Additionally, there are other others, but those are the most significant I’ll mention.

Patch Notes for Among Us, released on June 15th

  • 15 Player Lobbies Are Now Available!
  • The better art style (subtle, but cleaner and simpler for us to animate) – 4K BEAN GRAPHICS ARE THE FUTURE OF ANIMATION
  • There are six entirely new hues: Tan, Gray, Banana, Rose, Maroon, and Coral — in addition to the existing colours. It has been absolutely blood showers in the comments area of folks who have claimed Rose and Banana as their primary flavours. Keep yourself safe while you’re out there. The pastel aficionados are insatiable for their beloved hues, and with good reason. Keep in mind that these colours are not very colourblind-friendly; nonetheless, we intend to move away from using colours as the primary means of identifying Crewmates, so please bear with us!
  • A new death screen meeting menu that shows who has died between rounds has been added — You are correct, I am aware that you do not keep track of who dies!! This is a direct message to you, Steve. (I’m not familiar with the name Steve, but whomever he is right now must be scared out.)
  • The ability to blow the horn has been introduced to The Airship. If you’ve been assigned the “Stabilize Steering” job, bop the horn to blast the horn once more. In my honest view, this is the most important upgrade.

Bug fixes have been implemented

  • Once again, the store is available in a variety of languages.
  • The WEEEEH sound is emitted once again after the Right Hand Man’s skin is killed.
  • If the chat window is open after the voting period has ended, the Kick/Ban symbol will remain on the screen.
  • It has been made clearer that if you are signed in, you may alter the conversation type (Free Chat vs Quick Chat) in the game options menu.
  • Various localization issues have been resolved.
  • When a meeting is called, the players will come to a halt.

Notes about the April 12th patch for Among Us

  • The process of logging into an account has been greatly improved.
  • Multiple people may now access the same device at the same time (no more MismatchedProductUserIDs error).
  • The issue with the missing skins from the Airship Bundle should be resolved.
  • Textual and graphical updates are provided.
  • Translations have been updated.
  • Incorrectly entering a birthday will no longer result in account initialization failing.
  • For Impostors, the Sabotage menu no longer takes the place of the minimap.
  • Room names are now regularly placed on top of one another on the map.
  • The Develop Photos operation does not complete immediately.
  • Ghosts will no longer be able to mend communications sabotage; instead, Impostors will be able to repair.
  • Various more bug fixes have been implemented.

Patch Notes for Among Us on March 5

  • With the addition of Quick chat (version 2021.2.21), you’ll be able to play with more ease, speed, and safety if you’re communicating through text chat! Free chat will still be available (you can turn it on or off in Settings), and if you’re under the legal age limit, you’ll be able to use Quick chat, which is specifically designed for those under the age of majority in your country.
  • When starting a new room, the screen is blank.
  • It seems that no lobbies are available on the public list for the players that are searching for them.
  • Quick chat has a 13-year-old minimum age requirement for participation.
  • In lobbies and while creating games, there is a black screen.
  • When everyone in the game has updated to the most recent version, desync problems should be resolved. However, since we are awaiting permission from the store for iOS, there may still be some users using the previous version in public lobbies.

Patch Notes for April 27, 2021

  • Bug Fixes and Improvements
  • Pink Blobs are a kind of blob that is pink in colour.

Certain Android smartphones and Chromebooks have been observed to display the crewmate sprites as strange pink rectangles, according to the gamers. We’ve identified the majority of the problems, and we anticipate that the cruel pink rulers will not be able to prolong their reign of terror for much longer. Android smartphones are notoriously difficult to program since each device has its own set of characteristics that must be taken into consideration!

  • Other scaling and formatting problems have been resolved.

  • Exceptions for MismatchedProductUserIDs and Null Continuance Token problems (multiple accounts and devices supported).
  • The colour problem in Vitals has been “fixed” (vitals no longer shows colour names at all)
  • You’re trapped on Quick Chat and can’t seem to change your username. On the Account page, if you’ve established an Account (or obtained parental permission) and are signed in, you may alter the chat settings as well as your user name!
